How do I wash the iMojo shuffle Sweats and nano Sweats?
First turn the armband inside out! This will keep the silicon rubber cleat from catching on your other clothes in the washing machine and dryer. Machine wash WARM, using only non-chlorine bleach if needed. Tumble dry LOW heat. (Grandma says to add a capful of vinegar to your black loads to help keep the color from fading over time.) back to top>>
How do I know which size nano Sweats to will fit my forearm?
Print out our iMojo measuring tape. iMojo nano Sweat XL size is for forearms larger than 12 inches in circumference. back to top>>
Why are the nano Sweats available in and XL size but not the shuffle Sweats?
The nano Sweats have a rubber cradle for the nano that is sewn on to the cotton sweatband. This part of the sweatband is about two inches wide and makes the sweatband slightly less stretchable in that area. back to top>>
Are the nano Sweats compatible with the Nike+iPod Sports Kit?
Yes, the rubber piece that normally covers the Dock connector port on the nano, bends down so the Nike+ receiver fits right in. See picture. back to top>>
Can I use the iMojo shuffle Sweats with other MP3 players or my cell phone?
We've been told that some other MP3 players will fit in the elastic and that some can be attached with a belt clip. Other customers report that they can clip their cell phones to the elastic. Since we have not tested the shuffle Sweats with anything other than the Apple iPod shuffle, we're not claiming any other uses. back to top>>
What is the warranty on iMojo products?
Any manufacturing defects are fully covered and a replacement will be shipped out promptly. Email service@imojo.com detailing the problem and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued for you to send the defective product back to us. Bear in mind that this a terry-cloth sweatband, so pulls on the terry-cloth or fading of color over multiple washings are considered reasonable wear and tear. back to top>>
